Genevieve LaMonaca (3.1 Million total followers) aka Chef Genevieve, is so creative that her content continues to break through social media clutter and has huge and lasting impacts on the engagement and awareness of the brands she partners with. No matter what time of year it is, she has always got you covered with the best bites, and they are definitely not basic. From The Suberbowl to Easter, staying cozy in the winter and cooling off during the summer, she truly has an original recipe for everything. As complex as these recipes may seem, they are all satisfying, delicious, and ultimately designed for anyone to replicate. 

Most recently she partnered with Cafe Casino to create “Leprechaun Bait” for St. Patrick’s Day, inspired by their game Leprechaun’s Gold Trail. This recipe was flavor packed, and combined chocolate, peanut butter, Lucky Charms marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and rice squares cereal. Is your mouth watering yet?

Previously she made “Pretzel Pigs in a Blanket with Beer Cheese” for The Superbowl, inspired by another one of their games called Gridiron Glory. This non-traditional take on one of the most popular game day foods really had people wondering where she has been all their lives. This partnership has allowed Genevieve to get extra innovative, and make some of her most tasty creations that no one can get enough of. 

Prior to her partnership with Cafe Casino, she teamed up with Cacique Foods, Dietz and Watson, and Bubly Water for her holiday series. Per usual, she put her own twist on traditional foods and created bites that were tailored to the occasion. During her partnership with Cacique Foods she created Mexican Christmas Tree Hand Pies using their authentic and bold flavors, and proved that it’s easy to spice up the holidays. While partnering with Dietz and Watson she created a “Funchtime Series” to show that lunch time doesn’t always need to be so boring. She created an Under The Sea themed lunch using typical ingredients, but also incorporating cookie cutters to make dolphin shaped sandwiches, toothpicks to hold things together, and fish shaped candy to finish off the cucumber “seaweed.” The sky is clearly the limit for Genevieve when thinking up new ideas and creations. 

As summer is around the corner, she is stepping it up even more with her upcoming Poolside Snack Series. Whether you love grilling or just chilling, this series has something for everyone, and the bites are sure to excite. From grilled asada tacos, to Dole whip in citrus bowls, and barbecue chicken grilled cheese sandwiches, Genevieve is declaring the summer of fun food that will keep you begging for more. Try not to get hooked on just one option, because there is so much more where that came from.
