A Health and Physical Education Teacher by day, Matt Groark is also the owner of a small business – Groark Boys BBQ, which he officially kicked off with a fundraiser at his HS in September 2018. Over the past few years, he’s cooked up pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese and more, giving back over $30,000 to a host of charities and community organizations. Along the road he has fed the likes of Phil Rosenthal, star of the Netflix hit show “Somebody Feed Phil” and even found himself cooking along side Philadelphia Eagles Chef Tim Lopez!
Spreading his passion of giving back through BBQ is only surmounted by Matt’s love of being a Husband to his beautiful wife Kristin and Dad to his boys Aidric and Nash!
