At age 5, Kelsey learned the basics of cooking from her Italian grandmother. She soon began to realize how cooking brought family together and decided she wanted to become a chef. Kelsey received her culinary arts and culinary science degrees at The Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, NY. During her time there, she worked at McCormick, a spice company, as a recipe developer and cooking instructor. Her latest achievement involved teaching at a cooking school in Italy.
Her first video on TikTok, which featured her showing the audience how to properly use and hold a knife, reached two million views in four days, and landed her 100k followers in just one week! Her passion is cooking and helping home-cooks learn techniques in the kitchen.
