In addition, Kat was also a Food & Entertaining Buyer for Indigo, Canada’s largest book retailer, developing seasonal retail, cookbook, and culinary assortments and private label recipes.
With a 790k+ following across all social media and a branded food blog, Kat is focused on real food recipes and cooking tips for busy individuals, teaching home cooks how to use affordable, convenient foods to create nourishing and exciting meals. She even managed to lose 25 pounds during COVID by making healthy and delicious meals at home!
